QCOA FB Meeting Dates Announced Sept. 15 Oct. 6 All meetings will be held at Moline High School in room B131 and start at 6:30pm.
Iowa Football Rules meeting will be held at Clinton HS on August 18. IMPORTANT NEWS Football season is just around the corner. Hopefully all of you are aware that this year's Football Rules meeting can be viewed online. It will be available to view from Aug. 4 thru Sept 7. Once you log on to your personal officials center, you can go to The Football rules Meeting and click on. The online presentation is timed so you do have to actually go through entire the presentation. You must be the one logged onto your officials center to receive credit. So if a crew elects to view it together only the one logged into their officials center will get the credit. There are milestones along the way on the presentation so you must pay attention. This is the wave of the future and the IHSA stated that if this fall goes well then all rules meetings will be done in this manner. The rules test will also be done on line this season. Part 2 as well. I know for sure that the Part 2 test will be scrambled and timed. That means not everyone will be taking the same test in the same order and you may not even get the same test questions. There are still a few places to go
actually attend a Rules Interpretation meeting, those location are
listed on the IHSA web site.
Your QCOA IHSA Top 15 Football Officials List has to be turned in by September 6th. Please ONLY vote for IHSA licensed football officials who are current QCOA members. Turn those lists into Dave Mullen.
IHSA Top 15 List Congratulations to all that made the list!!!
